How much do your promotions cost?
Answer: Each promotion is customized to provide the highest possible
ROI given any budget. Typically full promotion packages cost between $2,500 and
$35,000 including the cost of a mailing.

How fast can you provide a promotion?
Answer: We ask for a minimum of two weeks however, in the case of an emergency, we can deliver a basic promotion in three days.

What is included in a typical promotion package?
Answer: Promotion packages include all of the collateral that you will
need to run the promotion, internal advertising, non cash prizes, a mail piece,
running guide, rules, graphics for you to use in advertising, segmentation
recommendations and pay tables.

What if I already do a monthly newsletter, do I have to buy a mail piece?
Answer: No. Each promotion has a direct mail option that is not a
requirement to run the promotion. If you would like to use your current mailing
we will give you ideas on how to get the best results from your promotion by
advertising it in your mailing.

Do you offer insured prizes like $1,000,000?
Answer: No. We experimented with insured prizes and found two primary problems. The first was that players would chase an insured grand prize only to find out that no one won it. After this experience the players were far less respondent to any "chance to win" promotion, whether the prizes were actually going to be awarded or not. The second was that the Arizona Department of Gaming notified us that these promotions were illegal lotteries as we would be selling chances to win to the casino.
